We paid 20.000 Kyat for a double. Clean room, private bathroom. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

May be the best place to stay in Myawadi. Rooms are clean and equipment is good.
Guests are mainly Burmese and breakfast is not for foreigners but for Burmese.

Wonderful little motel with friendly service! It is very new and clean, and costs 20,000 kyat per night for a room with a king size bed. That is also the only option they have. The beds are hard, but they have air conditioning, water heater, fan, TV, free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast which usually consists of bread, cookies, coffee, tea, fried rice with egg, and sometimes Ekyawkwe. Very nice place overall. They also have some car parking, streetside.
