In Т-Venus, we were again surprised by the hospitality of people in Myanmar. We were not going to sleep in the hotel on that night (we were planning to take a night bus to Inle Lake) but planned to stay in T-Venus on the way back. Nevertheless, the owner of the hotel allowed us to keep out staff there, and, when we returned from Inle and Bagan, he even offered a free ride to the airport to us in the early morning. Lage etwas außerhalb, aber gut mit Taxi oder Bahn in die City zu schaffen. Da Taxi fahren so billig ist, Lohn es nicht bis zum Bahnhof zu laufen. Eine Bahnfahrt mit der Circle Line ist allerdings ein Erlebnis und sollte auf jeden Fall unternommen werden.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings wird kein Englisch verstanden und man weiß wofür man Hände und Füße hat.
Die Sauberkeit ist eher fragwürdig. Das geteilte Badezimmer war mehr als schmutzig und im Zimmer sollte man weder unter noch hinter das Bett schauen.
Das Frühstück bestand aus einem rudimentären "Buffet": Toast, Margarine, Marmelade, Nutella, herzhaftes Gebäck, Bananen, Kaffee oder Tee. Es gab für alle 2 Teller, die jeder Gast danach spülte, damit der nächste diese nutzen konnte.
