Location is good. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic and small, showers take a while to warm up and have low pressure. Good value for the money. Breakfast is good!

Clean room, all new equipment, quiet air conditioner, hot water shower and free bicycle rental are worth to pay a room in this price. Only a few blocks away from a local market, where you can immerse yourself in a part of real Myanmar life.

Not so far from railway station and zay cho
Near to acient city( good to walk early morning and evening along outer compound)
Rooms are clean and tidy
Staffs are hospitality and helpful

Very friendly and attentive staff, will go out of their way to help you book bus tickets and make sure your stay is what you expect it to be. Reasonably priced minibar and free bike rentals!

The Sunny hotel was the first stop in our trip. We made the reservation online before. Online the hotel seemed nicer than it actually was. The rooms were quite ok, but the bathroom was not really clean it had water stains all over and was not renovated. Good was the new air-conditioning. The breakfast was also quite nice. The location of the hotel was perfect just in front of the palace. In general, the hotel can be recommend, but not for the price on booking. It is expensive
