nice hotel. but I don't like electricity using time. from 12:30 to 15:30 and from 18:00 to 6:00.

1. Reasonable price,double room 50,000Ks/night.
2. Clean.
3. Comfortable.
4. Close to the sea & downtown area,walk for 10 minutes.
5. No wi-fi.
6. Breakfast time：7:00 am to 9:00 am.
7. Check In：12:00 pm.
8. Check out：11:00 am.
9. Electric power：6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
10. No hair dryer.

Good place to stay at Ngwe Saung. We only stayed one night in the bungalow with fan. The rooms are quite clean, simple and spacious. They also have better (and more expensive) bungalows with AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
