    Too bad place to visit.
There are nothing special, no attractive but a lot of wooden sculptures are there.
For my point of view, I would not recomment to visit.

Caan have not easy to get menu in Yangon like wild pig curry, fried water hen, and sometime deer meats. Surrounding landscape is spacious and wooden sculpture are huge and interesting. Good place to visit 1 hr drive from Yangon.

It is a good place to eat, walk and rest. There is a nice restaurant at the entrance of the resort and huge garden at where you can visit and rest for the whole day. It is a nice place for family, friends and couples.

Entrance fee is increased to 2000kyats/person.After Cyclone Nargis (early May of 2008), many of the big trees were damaged, and stems and root portion of these damage trees were being accumulated in this park. This damage portions tree was created to be sculptured by wood curving artists. So there are many types of wooden image can be found in this place. The electric car can be hired to take around the park. Hired fee is 10000kyats per one shuttle and about 7 people can ride and about 35 min to take one round in the park..

Very nice place and nature is cautiously conserved with plenty of staffs.
Restaurant is big and has many options to choose with less MSG (many restaurants in Myanmar use MSG a lot). However, it is a bit pricey compared with other local restaurants.
There is a boat ride as an outdoor activity, but not recommended unless u swim well since the life vest they provided is not safe at all and not up to the standard. Dirty as well.
A walk around the place is very exhausting if u do it in 35 ‘C but u can enjoy the mesmerizing view of the natural landscape, lake and animals. Hotel seems expensive but worth it if you can afford their price.
The most interesting part is innumerable statues handcrafted from wood by professionals. They are everywhere and looks very wonderful. Don’t miss that out.
Overall, the place is very special for a day escape since it closes to Yangon, like 2 hr drive without traffic.

Nice location! Fine lake! You can make good fotos! But.. All first line bungalows are occupied with termites! They eat just everything around you in the room 24 hours a day and do it VERY loud! Be ready to wait for your order in the restaurant for 40-50 minutes for food and 20-25 for a can of coke!

It didn't reach my expectations and the care ride around the park was so uncomfortable and bumpy.

Interesting place if you want to throw off your pressure. But the resort area is too large to be walked and limited number of battery car is available. Make sure to have wild animal meat.

Very good to chill out and just 30 mins far away from town. Peaceful, silent, beautiful and totally relax place. Release your pressure, leave work load in your office and forget your city sickness. There is good restaurant at the entrance. Bring some friends or beloved one and take a picnic here. You can even hire bungalow there.

A little too close to the city to give you that "out of city" feeling.
The bungalows looks nice outside & inside but cuts deep to your wallets.
