I spent here 3 nights and it was great! Very nice staff, good location, clean toilet and showers, it was quite at night, the bed was comfy. Their free breakfast was the best part. The portion is huge and tasty, you get so much stuff! I absolutely loved it. The only downside is the internet,. It hardly worked during the day and absolutely no chance for connecting during the evening.
The guesthouse that perfectly fits your budget when you’re on a budget travel. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place, from the staffs to the room, food, restroom and all. I would still take a chance to check into this guesthouse when I come back here sometime in the future. Guysyou are so amazing!
Stayed here for two nights. One of the best places to stay in Bagan. Really clean rooms, shared bathrooms have nice hot showers which are well-maintained, white bedsheets in rooms, a filling breakfast included, couldn't ask for more.
The staff is very welcoming and warm. The owner help me much about calling a massage and help me as well to get there. Got an early check-in room. Good breakfast. What else would you ask if you already have a nice room, good breakfast, enough basic facilities, and helpful staff?? 😁👍🏼
Decent place friendly staff and good price/location.
The rooms are dark and very noisy since in the morning all people go for sunrise views. The toilets are outside which makes it more uncomfortable. I got a cold shower last night. Pretty uncomfortable. For the price it doesn’t worth. Breakfast is crowded and you have to wait to get a table.
Great guesthouse! Clean, nice rooms. Great breakfast and very friendly English speaking personnel. They even arrange everything from tours, e-bike rental to bus / ferry tickets with pickup.
We had a nice stay at the guesthouse. The staff are really nice a caring. We had a economy room with shares bathroom. Room was on the second floor, nice and comfortable in a budget style. Hallway a bit noisy at nights because of other guests. It was clean and a comfy bed, also had a chair and a bedside table. Shared bathrooms were a bit far away (downstairs to the other side), be sure to try the hot water in the shower before taking your clothes off, as sometimes it didnt work. Big breakfast included, some local options and some toasts with egg.
cheap & easy. please don't expect western standard, but again: cheap.
Lady manager knows her business and is trustworthy as well as her vice manger. good English and reliable infos.
breakfast was interesting. if you ask - maybe more than one person and more than only once - you can get eg green tea and other non-standards for free.
This place is vastly overrated, simple as that. The main issue is that it's crowded as hell and it feels like an assembly line type of guest house. There's no feeling of personability or comfort or coziness or like you're at all special to the owners here.. It seems like 40 or 50 people come through here every single day. Bathrooms are crowded; breakfast is crowded. The (standard) room was serviceable but has some really annoying things about it like only one place to plug in which is right next to the door and no table or anything there to set your stuff when you're charging. So charging is a huge pain in the ass. Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Also the bed was basic and not comfy.
This place has great ratings but I would never stay here again. I would definitely look for a place much more personable and cozy, especially when you're visiting somewhere so romantic like Bagan.
Staff are helpful. Include breakfast in rental, served in b.f. room, fruit, juice, coffee or tea 1 vacuum pot, fried egg, bread, yu cha kui, various spreads & bananas.
Walking distance to restaurant row. Big bed, shelf space convenient for unpacking, hot water readily available. Air-con right above bed dripped, splashing us with water in the middle of the night. Bathroom was really dirty/moldy, walls had dried splatters everywhere, sink had soap scum and build up. Smelled of sewage. At night nats came out of the drainage pipes, so the bathroom was covered in tiny bugs. Would not recommend.
Very nice guest house with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have fans and airconditioning. A great breakfast is included in the room rate. At the reception you can rent electric scooters to explore the temples of Bagan in the midst p pleasant way. It is also possible to book transport and arrange tours. Definitely a great guesthouse!
Comfy guesthouse that really feels like home. Amazing breakfast spread but do note that the toilet is pretty traditional.
OK place, bathrooms and toilets are outside, and on your way to go there the floor is quite slippery.
It's not far from the pagoda that screams buddhist chants all the time, so you cannot sleep well, it's super annoying.
Air con and fan work well.
You can rent e-scooter there but we found it cheaper at the shop in front (but make sure it's fully charged before you take it!)
This hotel is the second one that my boyfriend and me stayed during our time in Bagan. It wasn't really good at all.
The staff were not friendly at all but helpful. The room was okay.
The hot shower was also nice.
The tv didn't have many channels and it wasn't clear at all to watch.
Breakfast was the same everyday while we stayed there for 3 days.
The prices for buses to go to other cities were a little more expensive than some tour offices around there.
We arrived really early before check in time.
They gave us a room and even prepared us breakfast. Cozy rooms friendly staff.great location.
Wonderful customer service. The staff were really nice and accommodating. They spoke good English and we could communicate with them. Our rooms were very clean and tidy. Free breakfast in the morning was wonderful! And they had bikes for 1500 kyat for a full day! Other options as well
The rooms are scpacious and very clean. The staff is helpful and will help you book anything. The breakfast is delicious. The washrooms are shared but for the price, this is still the best value you can get!
Good place. Has what you need from food, to bikes, to e-bikes, maps, tours, etc. Most of the staff is great and friendly accept for one receptionist who never really seems pleased to see me and kinda gives off the vibe that he just can't be bothered. But besides that guy, it's good value in a good location.
Its on the road. You wont get lost. Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast is just what you need to fuel up for the day. You can even freshen up and ask for towels after check out.
It's in old bagan. Not so fancy but a cheap and cozy place for stay. The staffs are nice and speak good English. You can ask them for help to book some bus tickets. Breakfast is sooo nice!
Best breakfast I had in Myanmar. Staff nice and room we had (double) had lovely courtyard outside. Be prepared to be woke up early for loud prayers outside. Some power outages while we were there but they got up and running very quickly. Have access to bikes and e bikes which is brilliant.
We were able to check in at 9am after arriving at 5am. Went to watch the sunrise, ate breakfast and came back to sleep so that was nice. Best free breakfast I've had in a long time. Nice rooms, great shower
Nice hotel with helpful staff and pleasant rooms.
Spent two nights here, one upon arriving in Bagan at 04:30 off the bus (well worth the cost of a night to have a good sleep). The rooms were clean, hot showers fairly reliable, and breakfast decent. Like many places in Myanmar breakfast is simply served rather than ordered - it's worth requesting what you want even without menu (for us - rice, fried eggs and toast). The hotel also rent e-bikes for 6'000K which is convenient - just keep an eye on the battery level!
Recommended!
A really good guest house with rooms for good prices. We arrived here at 4:30am off a night bus and were showed straight to our room we had already booked. We slept for another five hours which made a huge different to our next day in Bagan.
We stayed here two nights and enjoyed the varied breakfasts (ask firmly for rice if you need gluten free). The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are helpful.
You can hire good e-bikes here for 6000ks a day.
