The best beef noodles in Mandalay!
This family originally from Kwit Khine in Shan State has been making delicious traditional Yuanan beef broth (牛趴呼) for decades.
They are specialized in making the beef broth with rice noodles, beef balls and beef salad. Their grilled beef tongue is a must-try as well.
Tis modest restaurant used to locate on the corner of 35th & 68th street recently moved to the new location; but the taste stays the same through out the years. :)
One of my favorite spots in Mandalay for a quick and filling meal, would strongly recommend all non-vegetarians to try if you have a chance!
