Rooms spacious and clean, beds comfy, tiles sometimes falling apart, breakfest average. Good value if you can get a price bellow 28 usd per night.

A new hotel in a relatively quieter part of Nyaung Shwe, hotel amenities are very new and good.
The hotel has amazing views of the town of Nyaung Shwe. Breakfast is continental and a bit typical.response / report this review -

I stayed 3 nights but since i had an early arrival at 6am i was allowed to have an early check in around 8 am, very nice rooms and friendly staff evergreen if English is not spoken fluently by all they always gets to serve you in the best possible way. The room was big and always clean, the bathroom was very big with fantastic shampoo, shower gel and amazing smelling soap. The breakfast buffet at the 5th floor was very good with enough choice. The wifi works good.

Great hotel for the money, seems brand new. Great service. You can pay with credit card. Breakfast is pretty good as well.

A must stay for any traveller passing through. Very affordable and worth every penny! Great breakfast, lovely room, friendly staff and a FANTASTIC group of locals running daily tours located just across the road from the entrance.

Nice rooms, good price (we went off peak, admittedly, but still!) -- the roof has excellent views, hope they do something with it one day. Staff all friendly and helpful.

However, BEWARE they will seriously overcharge you if you book a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It is really unpleasant that they were overcharging their own guests for a transfer. Also the breakfast was substandard, steer clear of the western options and go for the Asian cuisine.response / report this review -
