Really nice hotel! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was smooth and fast. The rooms are nice. Decent size and kept quite clean. The breakfast is also nice. Lots of selection of food and it is prepared very well. The pool area is great. Very nice looking pool and a great place to hang out and relax during the day!

Always pleasant. Surprisingly busy for a yangon hotel at the moment. Nice buffet lunch. The hotel has moved on from is new-ness and has become a quality product.

Very exklusive hotel close to the Zoological Gardens. Friendly staff, prices in the very upper level. Nice bathroom, super comfortable beds.

Location, Service, Friendly and very helpful
Breakfast great and better than expected for Myanmar. Room was great looking over the pool. Wonderful local restaurant across the road at night, A must! Street food 10 walk in Myanmar yi street!

$7 taxi ride from the airport. Location is good, between shewdagon paya temple (and kandawgyi lake) and downtown Yangon (20 minutes walk). If it's just bars and restaurants you're after then you might want to stay in a hotel nearer downtown. Huge rooms with lovely teak floors and big walk in shower. Lovely 60 feet pool open between 6:30am to 9pm. Drinks service to your lounger. Food and drink are quite pricey but there is a lovely local place across the road and more optionso in downtown

Great staff- excellent service and very helpful. Good view of the pagoda. Had the best beef curry ever in the restaurant. Only comment for improvement is that bathroom needed a little TLC to bring it up to date.

Attended an event here. Staff is efficient. Food is decent. Wish they had more vegetarian options. The desserts are good. Washrooms are well managed.

In my opinion, this hotel offers subpar overall value for Yangon. The restaurant is priced similar to a higher end US hotel and the breakfast buffet is $15 per person. The food and the service were average, so it didn't justify the much higher price.

The hotel is not within a comfortable walking distance to any sights or restaurants. I'd recommend avoiding the higher priced balcony rooms unless you need a place to smoke or enjoy looking at construction and pigeon droppings. The gym is also very shabby not something that you would expect in a 4.5 star hotel. Overall, i think this hotel may be better suited for business travelers rather than tourists. I've previously stayed at Jasmine Palace hotel and found it to be a far better value from the accommodation, facilities and dining standpoint. On a positive note, the room at the Rose Garden is good size and nicely furnished. I also liked the layout of the bathroom area.

Love the interior deco, very tastefully done with Burmese touch. Veranda Bar had a good drink list and a good happy hour with reasonable pricing. Buffet breakfast is reasonable and should be tried. Pool is nice, clean and open to non-guests, call an check. Good place for office folks to work, get business lunches and 4G wifi.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area.
Im not actually staying here but i am using the pool for the day before i catch a night bus.
For $20 you can use the pool and it includes $10 worth of food and drink. Happy days.

eautiful new hotel. Very spacious room, with many universal electrical wall plugs in the room. Our room had a good view. Food at the restaurant was outstanding and reasonably priced!
