DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel discriminates on their guests. We spoke Burmese to them and they gave us a number in MMK, then we pulled out our Australian passports and they gave us a price almost double what a citizen would pay. Wouldn’t even let us pay in AUD. Website claims that their staff speak English yet we spoke to them and they didn’t understand. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Good Hotel with reasonable price. Located in the east of Yangon city, and easy to go around nearby market in the street.

modern rooms and very clean. a lot of street noise but that's normal for any hotel in Yangon. Try to get a room on the lower floors caus the water pressure doesn't always get to the top.
