Very far from downtown area. So that you can have a cozy life there. Not so convenience for public transportation.

Next to main rail road (50 meter away) of Yangon city toward Mandalay. Train station is only about 300 meter away. Train pass by every once a while in the middle of the night with loud horn that wakes all the dogs to respond.
