Imagine that you booked a ticket with this website way before your trip and you thought that your trip is secure. Then, a few days before your trip, the company emailed you,saying that it could not get a ticket for you and will refund you. This is exactly what happened to me!!! And this is how this website and company could ruin your trust and your trip. This company does not have accountability that customers can trust!!! It will just crush your dream trip plan at the last minute!!!

Used Oway to book Ballooning Experience in Bagan. Even though they are based in Yangon and I was in Sydney the communication from Zwa at Oway was great throughout. Unfortunately on the day of the Ballooning it was cancelled due to no wind. I contacted Zwa, who responded on a public holiday, and again the communication was excellent. Oway arranged a full refund minus a small agency fee. Will use them next time I travel to Myanmar and would highly recommend them
