This may be the closest station to the airport, but you would have to be mad to consider using this to get too and from the airport.

Closest station to the airport! Walk 25 mins or take motorbike taxi for 1k kyat.

駅そのものには特徴がないので★3。旅の想い出作りには★5。
外国人が珍しいらしく住民からひたすら注目を浴び歩くこと30分。当駅からヤンゴン空港第1ターミナルに到着可能。
住宅地とは言え路面足場は凹凸ぬかるみが多いため、スーツケース移動はむしろ大変かも。バックパック時のルート利用推奨。
政情を考えるとどの地域まで外国人が立ち入っていいのか判断に迷うが、周辺は問題なさそうで、日中は防犯的にも不安を感じず。response / report this review -

I walked to the station from the hostel I stayed (Roly's Hostel) great chance to experience the local life and culture. They don't take USD in this station.

最近仰光機場的火車站，既可體驗當地人的生活，又可省下機場的士的費用，步行過去機場不用半小時！在中央火車站買票要留意方向，逆時鐘方向去大約45分鐘。

For local people are very useful. 200 Kyats and 50 Kyats ticket. I always buy 50 Kyats Ticket because I can see a lot local life.

the nearest railway station to yangon airport. around 30 min walking. only 500 kyat !
