Nice quiet hostel. Good breakfast. Rooms are big and staff is friendly. Free biking rental! Would definitely go back!
it is a good place for those who want to stay quiet
It is an antique hotel with park on a vast land.

Very friendly staff :) they treat you like a queen / king.
It's very clean. In the garden are Hammocks and you get a bicycle FOR FREE.
The food in the restaurant is delicious :)
The walls are little bit old - it's not European standard like - but we are not in Europe so it's fine :)
Place is very silence but room are too old.
Good place to relax
Slightly expensive dorm. But includes free bikes and nice service.
This place is gorgeous! Love how big our room was, I love the garden and they offered free bicycles for us to explore Pyin Oo Lwin which was great.
I absolutely loved the look of this hotel! The hotel is comprised of smaller very old, but charming, buildings separated my gardens. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's justified by their lower prices and free bike use. I stayed in the 3-bed hostel section and the room was very spacious. It gets very cold at night during the winter season and there is no heating system in the building. Luckily, after a bit of persistence, a space heater was provided which helped quite a bit. One suggestion of improvement would be for the staff to provide accurate information for the buses. I was given the wrong bus times for the bus to Hsipaw and had to waste my whole afternoon at the bus stop
Quite a good budget option. Breakfast good. Bathroom a little bit shabby.
Bike free to rent
Looks good but its just appearance. Not even a chair in the huge garden.
I was in need for local currency in exchange for dollars. They'd accept only if I booked a bus with them, and because I didn't need one they sent me under the rain to the only shop in center (not very close) who could do the exchange (they didn't because it wasn't much money) by foot as they didnt have any bycicle left.
Stingy breakfast.
The power went off for almost 2 days in the town and they were stingy also with using the generator.
Not going back.
We arrived by motorbike, which definitely made things easier.
This Hotel is an absolute gem. Full of character, quiet, beautiful gardens, and MASSIVE roomswe felt quite at home here. A historical landmark, and with a decent little restaurant and friendly staff, we wish we could have stayed here longer. Price was good at $17USD and we booked online.
Breakfast was simple, and maybe could do with a "Western" and "Local" option, but it was generally fine. Wifi was OKAY, but not great. Pretty normal for Myanmar right now.
Hotel is outside the city a bit, so if you plan on exploring rent a moto in town before you arrive, or bicycle everywhere with their complimentary bike service.
Actually I love cool season and that hotel was builds in that kind of location. Even though their service and promotion also fare to customer but not standard rate. Ever changed depends on time.
