Stayed here for a few times both for business and vacation. This is quite a new hotel. The lobby is very spacious. The rooms are very modern. The breakfast area is huge with lots of food choices. The hotel is located next to the Myanmar Plaza and the Hard Rock Cafe. No worry about finding food around here. We like to book the premium lake view room with the view of the Inya Lake.

Charming efficient staff, great cocktails and I was so impressed that the chef came rushing out to discuss my food allergies and intolerances and made a special dish just for me. We'd warned the hotel before, but I never expected that level of attention. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location and service but the hardware need some touch up before too late. There were sharp corner on the shelf located at the entrance for small luggage well cut the customer easily and there has been some of our customer who being hurt and this is some thing needs to take care serious. Unfortunately this issue has being ignore for over 10 month so far. Please work on it.

This hotel is very nice and good location .
The room are clean and room more spacious when we compare another hotel same rate.

The highlight is " Breakfast" it was very impress for a lot of food and kind of food.
You don't worry when you come from any place of world. They have all kind of food and delicious.

So, I like this hotel very much and feeling like home. I pick this hotel the first choice.

Stay away if you want to sleep! There is a massive construction site (in its early stages) directly next to the hotel, all the "regular" rooms face that construction site and there they are working with heavy machinery and massive noise at least until midnight, even on Christmas day. Even the rooms, which are quite ok, can't change the very negative impression this hotel has left with me. I was offered a change of rooms to one a few floors up, but again facing the construction. The comment (frpm a friendly employee) was that so high up there would be no noise. What a joke

Amazing sunset and night-skyline views from our room. Hot shower, strong water pressure, huge bathtub (biggest I have seen in hotels in Myanmar so far).

We also loved their signature cocktails and food in the Garbo bar. Atmosphere not 100% my taste, it felt a bit cold, I prefer cozier bars. But tastes differ and it is difficult to please everyone and we still enjoyed it a lot.

We will return for sure, also to the bar to continue tasting all of their signature cocktails.

This hotel is rather new. Good in general, with decent view, except the construction nearby. Friendly staff. Room is ok. Nice facility for business conferences. Their breakfast buffet offers a large variety of choices from Asian dumplings, Vietnamese pho, to Western selections.

Nice hotel directly next to Myanmar plaza mall. Excellent buffet breakfast, wish I had done their afternoon high tea. Maybe 10 minutes from Scott Market and Shwedigon (no idea how to spell that). Splurge for the lakeview rooms--it's worth it! Also stop in the gem shop but ask the owner if she can direct you to her shop at the gem museum because prices are a tad better and there are many other shops there. The Green Lantern is good--if you're staying a while you can grab a menu from them and order room service, as the regular room service menu is only so-so.

Generally a good hotel overall. Rooms good standard. Lobby and lobby bar lack atmosphere and not an appealing place to dwell for long. Breakfast buffet vast. Hotel quite new and feels still learning to get the hang of some things.

Nice new hotel, located next to Myanmar Plaza. Massive gym. Decent food. Rooms are nicely renovated with universal plugs. Only issue is quality of build is not consistent. You will find rooms with leaky shower stalls and faulty electric switches. But can't beat the price and quality in this prime location.

Brand new and very clean hotel, and the service is friendly and attentive. For a hotel of this standard it is disappointing that they use only single-layer windows for room facing the motorway. Expect quite a bit of noise. Luckily they now provide ear plug if you ask in the reception.

Comfortable (huge bed with a very good and large bathroom), very good and helpful staff, well-served breakfast with many options, from fresh fruits to noodles. But, the buffet for lunch and/or dinner is average. So many options too, but not a memorable one. The hotel is very close to Myanmar Plaza.

Newly opened 5 star hotel in The heart of Yangon. Basement car park make high advantage of receiving high number of guests for events. Food is soso. But they will improve i guess.
