  The room is clean but has mosquitoes. Breakfast is not tasty. Hot water bathrooms do not work. But good place to stay at Maubin.

  This is the one and only HOTEL in this region. Located in the nice location. Staff are very welcoming, Interior decoration is awesome. If you are looking for a PERFECT STAY, this would be the best choice.

  Small hotel in small town . Good Enough for one or two night stay .
  Big parking side to hotel and probably best hotel in Maubin Tsp.
  
  Good to stay during business trip and best for sales man when they go market visits.

  Basic and practical. Being so close to Yangon, Maubin town never had a chance to develop its tourism industry, so this hotel is arguably the best accommodation in town. Rooms are quite small and not decorated much. But sheets and bathroom are clean with all the basic amenities provided. Staffs are friendly too so nothing to complain for someone like me staying a few nights for work.
