The cemetary where our national leader General Aung San and the other seven leaders and one bodyguard were buried!The Martyrs' Day is 19th July and people come to honour and salute the leaders on this day!This day is one of the public holidays and people are also standing still ,cars are horning for about one minute and the factories,ships and trains are blowing whistles as signs of paying respects at the time of 10:30am on the 19th July!

Memorial place for 9 political leaders including General Aung San who led the struggle for Myanmar's independence. It is not open for everyone. Free admission on 19 July, Martyr's day in Myanmar
