Hotel is not bad. Comfort and good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Front desk staffs need to improve their services and behaviors. E.g sitting on the chair armrest or playing mobile game.

The hotel is not bad for Myanmar standards, and the rooms are OK, but the common areas could be cleaner, and breakfast is improvable. A good thing is that they have free tea and cocoa in the reception hall. Ask not to be in the upper floor, as in the night sometimes you can hear noises above the ceiling that we think it were rats.

Paid 40ish USD for a standard single room. Reception and staff average service. Wi-Fi throughout the day not working. 6 or 7 times blackout (power cut). Left over food and plates in the corridor hasn't been cleaned for around 4~5 hrs despite staff being there in and out.
However, the room was nicely decorated, adjustable lights and comfortable bedding.
Expected more for that price.
