Avoid at any costs!
Also known as Shwe Hinthar Hotel.
Even though we booked ahead, they were not expecting us, so the rooms were not ready. We were coming late midnight but informed them ahead in the reservation. We couldn't find anybody for some time to check us in. Finally we managed to wake someone up and he showed us to the first room. We were two couples. First room was most probably used by employees if no one showed up for the room. The linen smelled like someone was using it but not using the shower for few days. The bed was just two mattresses on top of each other. Room was dirty, bathroom even more. The second room must have been cleaned first. Only then you realized why the rooms are in state in which they are. My friend got bites all over her from the bed bugs. Breakfast were poor. We checked out as soon as we got some sleep.

I went there during last weekends of October.
At first, when we arrived, nobody's known about Hotel Lotus Da Dar. It has changed to Hotel Shwe Hin Thar.
The reception (the renovation one) was not available to response. And we came to know that the front gate of OUT, there's a reception and no one waiting.
Then we came to learn that the receptionist's running around the hotel to manage everything (such as repairing the hotel water system with the workers, and some complaining about the toilets, and so on).

But we waited patiently as we checked and learnt the reviews from other before our arrival.

Comparing with other hotels, it was nice, cozy, natural environment, and quiet. That's the reason we chose it.

Breakfast was not enough for me as it was only toast and coffee (3 small toasts, an egg, not brewed - Nest Coffee) which we hadn't enough.

They have hot shower which has already broken, I have to fix it once to access normal water while I was bathing.

The air-conditioning was not good as it was old.

The electricity has cut off often. (Please bring torch while you travel to the remote areas of Myanmar.)

May be you can choose another options.

wifiもドライヤーもあるとの情報でしたが、それらもなく、シャワーも壊れてお湯が出ず、汚くて掃除も行き届いていません。
私はお勧めできません。
