The curries here are simply magnificent; everything was top notch, really, both food and drink. It's located atop the main art gallery, and accessible through a narrow flight of stairs to the side of the building, so don't be disheartened if the gallery appears to be closed (the restaurant operates until a later time).

1 flight of steep stairs with a hand rail to get to 2nd floor entrance. Restaurant name is advertised on the second foor window and on an overhang leading to the stairs. They train and employee youth to learn restaurant work. Eager service. Good food fair prices. Clean restaurant

Wonderful food, great cause. We ate here twice during a two-week visit to Myanmar and both times the food was superb. Try the deep fried tofu with pak choi. Amazing. Well run place. Don't miss it.

What a great place to dine out either lunch or dinner. Enjoy your traditional myanmar dishes and great paintings from local artists. Surely you support young myanmar to get more opportunities in education.

I liked the staff and the lentil soup was nice. This place is a bit more expensive than other places near it but the money goes towards helping young adults out of poverty so I didn't mind paying a little bit more than usual. The staff were very kind, smiley and professional.
And incase you want to go, you will see the sign on the 1st floor from the street, then you go up the stairwell and it is the 1st door on your left at the 1st floor.response / report this review -

Visited this place for dinner with my friends from Japan and USA. The restaurant have great options for dinner. But it was somewhat expensive. Further, I couldn't pay using my Credit card because they only accept payment in cash. If you are planning to go there, then I will suggest you to carry cash in kyats because they also don't accept USD unlike other famous restaurants around the city. There is no money exchange around the restaurant, so it may be difficult to exchange foreign currency.
The location can't be said as perfect but it's​ still okay. I had to look for the restaurant so much because there was no sign board for the same. The sign board mentioning its name was very small. The stairs are very steep so you need to be cautious since it is at 1st floor and there is no lift. Staff can understand and speak English very well.

Non è solo per fare del bene aiutando una realtà che insegnando la cucina cerca di dare un'opportunità ai bambini di strada , è che proprio si mangia bene. Soddisfacente sotto tutti i punti di vista, ed i quadri esposti sono un'ottima cornice. Il piatto di maiale dello chef è da non mancare, assieme alle varie insalate

We went here for a nice dinner and found the service very attentive. The prawn and vegetable stir fry was different to other food we've eaten in Myanmar and the eggplant salad was unique. The atmosphere is lovely, with artwork on display for sale. Eating here helps young disadvantaged kids learn the hospitality trade so I would really recommend eating here. Also the place can be hard to find but when you get there on google maps look up (on your right will be a jewellery store and LinkAges sign is on the left on level 2)

The food was awesome and realy good prices for the quality of food! I can also recommend this place for supporting of poor kids from the streets. Young kids are trained here..
