The place looked nice with candles on the tables, but the food, especially the traditionel menue was not really gold.

This restaurant is now known as Kaung San Thu. Definitely a place to avoid. Unfortunately we got sucked in by their low set price local Burmese food menu (3,500 kyat pp) but this is where the good times ended. The food was served cold and the customary sweets and nuts served post meal were served with a dead insect inside. Sadly the hygiene and lack of care taken in food preparation really let this place down. Definitely on the must avoid list.
