A good 3-star hotel in china town area, services is excellent, my room is reasonable clean, air condition was not cold because design flaw. Hotel location is convenient to/from Mandalay airport by shuttle bus(4,000kyat). It near Mandalay hill and Royal palace. Breakfast was good taste but few selections and no eggs.

got upgraded to the family room(last floor), good breakfast, room with a terrace, 2 A/C units, wifi is good, they allowed us to shower after check out in one of the free rooms

there was some rat feces on the floor and in the bathroom (last floor room),
they let us shower the next day after check out in another room which was perfectly clean, so i suppose the rat feces is due to proximity to the kitchen,

Wifi wasn't working while we were there, only in the lobby. Hot water wasn't working either. Good location though and good price.

This is a great place to stay. Nice and clean room.very helpful staff. It will even better when they finished the renovation. The staff even provide us free motorcycle ride for us, how nice ! Close to coffee shop, grocery store and aya bank( for better currency value)

Great hotel with good and clean rooms at a fair rate. It is very new and well equipped with everything you need. Its central location is another plus which makes this hotel an overall five star accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay here with comfortable beds and very friendly staff. The location is nice but you can also rent bikes from the front desk for free to explore the city. The buffet breakfast was very pleasant, as well as the manager who shared some of his wisdom with us through his stories as an oversee Chinese!

Hotel was good, centrally located, had breakfast, and a very comfortable bed. The room we chose was the cheapest one so it was a little cramped so if you can pay for the bigger room, you would have more space. A little more effort could be put into the bathroom organization and cleanliness but overall it was ok for the price paid ($25/night)!

One of the best hotels during our stay in Myanmar. Everything super clean, helpful staff, nice reception and very good breakfast. The owner of the hotel even helped me with my stomach ache!! I recommend 100% this hotel! Excellent location and just 5 min. walk you can rent a scooter.
