Das Jade Marina ist ein sehr schönes Hotel zu relaxen. Die Zimmer (Suiten) sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und gibt sich viel Mühe alles gut zu machen.
Es kann aber passieren, daß man auch mal etwas anderes bekommt als bestellt.
Abends laufen die meisten Gäste in die nahen Strandrestaurants. Das Hotel macht aber auch nicht viel um sie zu halten. Die Preise sind hoch und die Karte übersichtlich. Gemütlicher ist es dann eben am Strand. Der Pool ist super gut. Allerdings werden nun hier auch schon am Morgen die Handtücher zur Reservierung der Liegen wie auf Mallorca benutzt. Das Management sollte diese dumme Angewohnheit der Gäste unterbinden.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet für jede Nationalität etwas. Schön gepflegter Garten und keine Belästigung durch Verkäufer am Strand. SUPER!

I was here jan/feb 2016 - A classy hotel right on the delightful Ngapali Beach. Room was the cheapest they had & I should have taken a more expensive one as they looked very nice. All foreign guests so no mingling with the locals but there are small Myanmar communities to visit nearby very cheaply. As are numerous places to eat, both on the beach & the road behind the beach. Breakfast was included and stayed interesting for most of the 40 days I was there. Most of the hotels along the beach are expensive & the Jade is no exception but I had no complaints.

Help! That was the overwhelming feeling of this place. It was completely deserted, though the staff claimed it was fully booked, an obvious lie since there was no one around, except for staff - ghost hotel! Don't know for sure but have a strong feeling that it's run by someone with a connection to the military junta. It looks good at first sight but service was poor and the whole place felt spooky.
