  We stumbled upon this place while looking for alternatives to the typical Inle Lake boat tours, and fell in love with the idea of visiting the cats. It ended up being the highlight of our day! We spent a half an hour hanging out with some very sweet cats, then had a traditional Inthar food for lunch, and finished up by visiting the aquarium. Great place to put your money toward an eco-friendly cause!

  Amazing 3 nights with all the Inle Heritage staff, only 10 bungalows for a super great team of 40 students in the in-house hotel and restaurant school. Never experienced a service like this one even in high end palaces and restaurants. Thank you again

  Positive: magnificent setting, splendid bungalow, best staff ever (and I am an hospitality fellow) : attentive, proactive, highly knowledgeable / great location / restaurant to die for (try the sticky black rice with coconut milk) cooking with on site grown organic veggies and fresh local products

  Overall: indulge yourself and book a room!

  Whether you come here to have lunch, to see the hospitality school, the beautiful old building on stilts, the gift shop, the aquarium, the environmentally friendly waste management, or just to see the very spoilt Burmese cats, you will have a wonderful time. Cool in the shade after a hot day on a boat.
