Good as a meeting point. Being bought up in a jesuit school I try to stay away from places like this.

Exists center of the city. Surrounded by colonial styled buildings: over 100 years old High Court is next to it.
Former Rolls Co.,ltd building is opposite side of the road,
Face up with Yangon city town hall and near Mahabandoola park which has a Burma 's liberation monument pillar.
