It is one of the best hotel in Sittwe thus it have the best services. It is located near to the Main market so you can buy things what you want during Monday to Saturday.

I spend 3 days in Sittwe and the Memory Hotel is by far the best there is in the city. The room was clean with very nice bed linen and super thick towels. Plenty hot water and good working air-conditioning. The front desk staff speaks some English and organized boat ticket for no additional fee.
Breakfast was excellent with huge variety of foods and made me a to-go box the morning i left. The restaurant served good cocktails at dinner and better than average food. To me it's the only place to stay on Sittwe.
