  pretty rundown, lowly maintained and filthy cheap place. The only good thing was courteous approach from attendants who are underpaid but willing to help.

  Good location, nice and helpful staff, but the cleaning was very bad and the guest house is really noisy. Payed 40000Kyats for two nights

  Stayed here on overnight to Mrauk u. Cost was 15000ks for double. Standard condition. Mosquito nets available, sheets didnt look so clean. Open very late, let us check in at 1 am. Close to bus station. Too expensive for the location.
