Decent office environment. Professionally well managed. Location is good. Well connected. They have all models from shared/dedicated desks to private office space. We can walk-in and start working without any gestationperiod.
Parking is an issue but it's not specific to HBC alone.response / report this review -

Note: this is a review from November 2017. $8.4 per day (taxes included), so 11'500 Kyats per day (weekly and monthly prices also available). Nice staff, speaking fluent english. Closed offices and open ones. Free coffee and drinkable water. Internet speed seems very average: 4min to download a 40MB file. I am not able to stream videos from Youtube nor can I stream music from SoundCloud or MixCloud (maybe "fixable" by using a VPN). However, streaming from the Spotify desktop app seem to work fine. How to get there: there is a small entrance on Merchant street (with a sign above "Hintha Business Center"), in between Bo Soon Pat Street and 31st Street, this entrance leads to a lift, take the lift to the 3rd floor, that's it.
