One of the older hotels in Kalaw, but it does have its charm. The place is filled with beautiful flowers.

It is not the same anymore. They are turning the open deck into an enclosed. They should leave it half opened. We went into a cold front and the heater automatically turns off every 3 minutes so did the TV. They used to sell charcoal stove for one dollar but no more. The shower can be hot but not much of force. Food is good. Eventhough it looks over staffed, sometimes its hard to get attention. Reception was not a great one as we had to carry our luggage up on steps and into our rooms.

Hotel with very good view of the Kalaw town. Basically can see half of Kalaw town. The draw back is that it is a bit isolated and far from the Kalaw town centre. But it is very good for weekend retreat for peace, quiet and uninterrupted holiday trip. They are building a new restaurant or cafe at the cliff area which should give it very good dining experience with unmatched view from the cliff.

Hotel is really nice and the service is also good. The food is out of this world. The morning scenery is so beautiful. But it's difficult to find their hotel esp. At night, if you're not from Kalaw because the hotel is at the top of the mountain. The way to hotel is so small and it has so many bend.
