not in regards to the clinic, but the pharmacy. we purchased a thermometer which didn't work. the nurse didn't believe us and started the thermometer to try and take my temperature; it started so she was pleased with herself, but then it showed low. we wanted to return it for our money back, but she refused with a proud smile. they did offer to exchange it for a new one, but by this time I didn't trust that the exchanged thermometer would not be low or only slightly charged. the cashier continued to apologise, but the nurse continued to obstinate with us.

My friend had a fever and very bad cough, we called them at 6 AM and they said we could come. The doctor was great and explained everything well, 35 Usd for visit including medications.
