Incredible, outstanding and exceptional are the words I use when describing this hostel, never have I been soo relaxed and welcomed in Europe by a hostel, 24/7 reception staff, the entire hostel is so clean, under the beds, kitchen and showers really clean, comfort is not the only thing they offer, but a great front and rear outdoor patio, free tea coffee biscuits and lots more . Staff are trained to meet your requirements to a high level, all speaking the local language and more.
If your visiting as a tourist or just passing through to your next destination this hostel caters for all, you will not be dissapointed and this is not a selling review, i really did enjoy my stay here, specially when i asked were is good to eat or visit they are educated to inform you correctly and so peaceful, you can plan, organise and even chill with a few beers and friends without any disturbances or problems, tis hostel allowed me to put my backpack down and put my feet up and unwind in a positive ambience, what a thrilling and rejuvenating experience, very close to local amenities, when im in balkans again ill surely return to stay here.
For those who dont have good cellphones or tablets they also have a hostel laptop with awesome wifi to use for guests and sockets in the beds to charge your devices personally and safety assured with free depositless lockers, they really have thought outside the box at this hostel to insure all travellers are catered for, just book and see. Really coll place fir it's cost. Appartment was huge, clean and convenient . There is an option to wash and dry clothes for only 5€

Disappointing experience !
It all started on the wrong foot when the employee admited that they had 15 apartments and the pictures on the rental site were a mix of the best parts of all these ( couch from apartment 1, bed from no. 2, kitchen from no.3 and so on). In this way, looking at the pictures you are deceived , the reality is tough . The good part is that we were walked to all the apartments they had ( pretty dirty and cheap) and we could choose. Also we were offered a discount as a compensation.
The free parking place on the property is a joke, non existent and the street is extremes narrow! We were offered the sidewalk for parking:)) Beware if you have a good car !!!
The walls of the apartments are so flimsy that you can (and you will) here everything the neighbors are doing - we were lucky enough that our children were already sleeping when our neighbors had some wild sex :))
My conclusion - look somewhere else !

First of all its not a hotel, just apartments to rent.
They had no parking. Offered their garage for parking "for safety reasons". 10 hours later my car was scratched and had a bent on one of the doors while inside their garage!!! There was paint marks from the motorcycle parked next to it visibile on my car. So someone tried to park his motorcycle next to my car and scratched it. Also one of the motorbikers was friend of one from the property. Total dissapointment and I find this non acceptable. Stay away if u have a vehicle !!!

And now answer to what you wrote:
I stayed at your apartment for ~13-14 hours. My car was out of your garage for 3 hours. When I came back it had NO DAMAGE. It happened in your garage. Its not even closed garage! Because anyone who enters your yard can go into the garage from the side! The marks where so big, that they where visible from 5 metters. We saw it immediatly when we approached the car in the morning. And I also told you that on the morning when I left. There was also the bike that scratched it just 2 metters from my car. A few hours before I saw the bike and it was outside, but in the morning when the scratches and dent appeared it was next to my car. So you can invent all you want, for a crappy 50 euro apartment I have to pay 400 euros to repair my door. The paint color of the bike which was burgundy was visible on my car. Its not even a very common color. You werent even there most likely, because on the second day there was another employee. And no one was outside to see the garage. The employee was always inside. I just wish the same thing happens to you when you go to a hotel. I hope someone will scratch your expensive car while its in their garage. Maybe then u will learn to show some respect! And other clients need to see you for what you are. You havent even tried to resolve the issue, by paying for the damage or finding the person responsible. You just invent stories because you think its easier. But np, I will post a review on every single site that you are listed on. So that people can learn from my experience. You dont want to find the person responsible, and make him pay for it, no problemo. You will lose more clients because of the bad reviews. Let that be a lesson to you! And lets not forget the whole story! The apartment u showed me was not like the one in the description, so you showed me another just so I dont leave to another place. And second of all u wrote on booking that there is parking available at the property, and we both know there isnt any, thats why u told me to put it in your garage. And third, lets not forget "turn off the boiler because you might get electrocuted". If I would have known what would happen I would just had parked it on the street. You havent even called me or text me once to try to make this right! I called you with 3 euro/minute rates.

Great place to stay and friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay in Skopje.

Nice staff. Rooms are clean. Moderate prices. Free WiFi, only had minor issues with the internet router going on and off.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was awesome, we opted for an apartment nearby that was clean, well-maintained and with all necessary appliancesthe location is only a 15 minute walk from the center. Highly recommend.
