Excellent hotel located in the very center of Skopje. All sights are just a short walk away.
The rooms are spacious and very well furnished, and the service is excellent.
I especially like to mark the excellent executive lounge. The place is spacious and the breakfast is very rich.In the evenings, cooked meals and a wide selection of wine and beer are available.response / report this review -

The hotel was great. We were upgraded to a suite with balcony and they have a great executive lounge. This is the hotel to stay at in Skopje IMO. Plentiful restaurants and night life around property and walk over bridge to local shopping and markets.

I have been in the hotel for few nights. It is located in city centre, very close to main city attractions.
Service is excellent.
Unfortunately room condition wasn't at it's best and taking account the price this should not be offered. Small issues with probably easy fixes are required and rooms at this level should not be sold. Curtains not working and not attached to tracks properly, light working in 50%, paint showing wet spots are main problems noticed.response / report this review -

This review is for the Distrikt bar and restaurant only, not the Marriott hotel per se. Lovely ambience, nicely different menu, amazing smoked eggplant soup and salads, pork loin grill was very good, risotto average. Complimentary hot pitta bread was great, nothing like what we get here in the UK shops. Staff were (like almost everywhere in Macedonia) just superb. Very courteous without being obsequious, attentive without being intrusive. Perfect hosts. Only drawback of this excellent service was, I was emotionally forced into leaving a quite large tip!

A high-end, world class hotel facility right in the center of Skopje. Offers fine dining, prepared by top chefs.. many choices for drinks (quite big wine selection) and tasty desserts. It has large halls and venues for holding family and business events and celebrations. Staff is quite friendly and very professional. Ideal for business travelers who want to be at the center of the capital's happenings.

Great location. Great wi fi. Food was good but they putted bacon in every meal. Hotels stuff don't know that exist some guests which dont eat bacon or pork.

Marriott seems to be the best accommodation in the centre of the city. Very well located, with excellent breakfast and modern spacious rooms. If you opt for quiet time, ask for a room towards the back since the main square is often busy.

The conference rooms are nice - the acoustics is good. Good for company gatherings. I also recommend the food here - it's delicious.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. We had a junior suit, the next most expensive one after the executive room, advertised as a "room with a view", with access to the executive lounge. Well, there is absolutely no view. The window opens into a sad court yard and it doesn't even get any sun light during the day. The executive lounge serves breakfast, but don't go there, the main breakfast bar is better by far, the lounge breakfast (although advertised as a luxury) is far worse and looks like a sad little version of the main bar downstairs. The staff are nice, not helpful with city information though. They are kind of clueless about the tour options and things like that, but they are nice in general. Can't complain about the service. Our room was clean and nice too. The spa has a tiny pool (can't even call it a pool), and the jacuzzi was cold once, under daily maintenance the other time. But over all, good for relaxing.

Nice hotel, excellent central location. Very pleasant and competent staff, nice rooms. Not the easiest to find by car, if you're unfamiliar with Skopje.
Too bad I could only stay 1 night. Will definitely consider it for next visit to Skopje, provided price doesn't skyrocket.response / report this review -

The best hotel in Skopje as far as I have experienced.. Rooms are spacious and properly equipped, staff are super friendly and and supportive (the same thing can be said about everyone I have met in this beautiful town!) food is amazing.. From breakfast to lunch, their stakes are among the best I have ever tried and the prices are amazing! Good job Marriott.. I am now a loyal customer!

luxurious hotel in the middle of new town. the downstairs restaurant is a great place to sit for lunch or dinner and serves good food from fresh ingredients. there's a good selection of local and foreign wines.
