The people in the reception of the Spa gave me a very weird service. A lady gave me a price list in Macedonian and then started to explain me in Albanian what I was asking, while I was speaking to her in English. She said there was no list in English. Did not understand anything on the massage list and just picked randomly the Thai massage. She did not help me at all. Then put me in a room without any instruction on what to do next. 3 stars because the actual massage was pretty good. To make things worse, once I got out of the massage, I found the massage list in English.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. The locale is homey and inviting. It is in the middle of historic Skopje. The Stone Bridge, the Skopje Fortress and the Old Bazaar are a small walk away. It has a stoic and established feel. Drink prices are also very comparable. 5/5

This 5-star luxury hotel is located in the very heart of the capital of Macedonia Skopje. This very photo was taken from the restaurant which as you can see has amazing panoramic windows and allows guests to observe the Old City while eating delicious food. The property has a parking and Wi-Fi. All the rooms are styled with the pictures of old Skopje in white and warm colors. The Kale is right near the hotel.

It is a real 5 stars hotel with its staffs ,atmosphere and also the customer satisfaction. Rooms are very clean and making up every day. There are combs, dental kits, soaps and also shaving kits except from shampoo and body lotion. Breakfast is nice . The location is unique. Very close to attractions.

Very luxurious and beautiful place. The staff offers great service. Decent rooms. The are even razorblades available in your bathroom.

VERY POOR!!!
We are staying here 8 nights and 4 out of 8 we did not have any cleaning/room service!!! It is very poor for 5 star hotel!!! I would like to make all of you aware of this in case you decide to come over! Also 2 evenings they had some celebrations with very last music until late evening.
One waiter in the breakfast room is very nice and kind.
Very strange is in this application, that without giving them a star (at least one) I am not able to announce my opinion!
