In the room not working TV, not working fridge, on AC only working fan, but AC not cooling, the window cannot be open. In the restaurant there were flies. Shiny and expensive place not worting the money. One star for the courteous personnel.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The casino is very good looking. The poker action is not so good. Food is pretty good, internet is horrible. The waitresses could be more polite. The indoor pool needs to be cleaned more frequently and the water in the jacuzzi should be warmer.

Over the past 7 or so years we frequent the princess casino in Gevgelija ( annual holidays in Greece) . The service WAS world class . The past year I noticed that some rudeness, indifference in both waiters and waitresses also the dealers . Last night 2/1/18 we went to the casino for a night out my wife went to the bar to order a coffee and then play the slots . after some time at the counter with no response a young man indicated the he was ready to serve her without speaking . She order a frappe his response was (in a rude manner) how would you like that with mustard with ketchup ? Of course my wife said she no longer neede a coffee from them . A few nights earlier I went to the casino with friends and was playing the slots , finally caught the attention of a waitress and ordered a espresso and water , over an hour passes and the I get the coffee and I politely say that I ordered a water with that , the young lady rolled her eyes. Since speaking to other patrons similar experiences have been recalled . I blame the management , staff get comfortable in their jobs but the management need to shake them up maybe some lose their “SAFE” jobs so that the rest do what the punters require “DRINK SERVICE “ with a smile . This foundation of business is giving people what they want and good respectful service then we are happier to lose most of the time. We will NEVER set foot in their again . All the best

If you try to go out in the Next club don't even try on Saturday night, you must have a reservation, booth and bottle service to get in. Large groups are not allowed to entry and anyone without reservation is refused to entry.

A Good place to rest for one night if you are traveling to Greece. It has nice outdoor swimming pool and nice early breakfast (starts at 6:30am)
