I really don't know who's r these reviews above, but I have to say it's all wrong.
1st rooms are dirty- some paint job would help, shower box is missing doors and toilet is catastrophic
2nd hotel is aged and would need complete reconstruction
Some carpets looks they're here since this hotel was build
Dining room is a tragedy.
And lastly
Kitchen and food
Kitchen staff probably knows only to cook 7 meals for breakfast, 7 for lunch and 7 for dinner ( if u stay here more then month u can imagine)
U have choices to go down stairs to try their restaurant but it's up to u ( this is some examples and I learned my lesson not once but I hoped after 3 times telling them there will be a change, but there is no self reflection - usual time to make an omelette it's 35-40min and I assure u it won't be done properly, pizza 45 min and by the way this r times with no guests)
I'm been here in summer season and u could buy here vegetables and fruits for nothing, but it seems to me they don't know this!! Just a example of side dish as a salad could be made here every day but it looks owners of this hotel don't care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Money r more important than guests.
It's really sad and shame that even macedonian guests are unhappy about food and conditions.
Maybe this hotel will have potential, if and only if they stop looking at the profits and rather they look toward guest and his or hers happiness as main goal.
It's shame I'm giving this hotel 1 star because it's not worthy.response / report this review -

Is it normal, that in 21st century falls down WiFi connection 10 times in 5 minutes?!! Totaly unstable, it's disaster. On the floor is carpet and everywhere are stains. We saw a few cockroaches and some other creations, even it has been on winter time. If you want warm water, you have to let the water flow about ten minutes, sometimes longer. Warm water smells like old eggs. In the shower, there is no screen. So there is wet floor all the time. The food in here is a nightmare! I am sorry, but 22 euro for one person per day is too much for such bad conditions.

Nightmare not a hotel. Rooms old and dirty, showers destroyed or are missing glass at all. Lucky you if u have warm water some days. WiFi slow and not usable and food? Chef dunno prepair more than 7 meals, those 'chemicals' he repeats round and round every week..
