  It is a very "pretend to be upper tier".. not much to report on.
  Could be the fact that I did not show up in the appropriate attire or just maybe the staff had better things to do, than look after their customers.
  There are barely any tourists on this island after the hurricanes and you would think that a new person walking into an establishment would be welcomed and not put aside.
  Found a different spot to spend my money.
