If you're staying in the area, or even on the island, this is a must go to for an authentic amazing French restaurant in a busy square. I had the duck breast in a reduced fig sauce that was out of this world! Friends had amazing lamb chops and a steak that you have to try for yourself to comprehend. Make a reservation because you could be waiting upwards of over an hour for a party of two. Go!!

We tried Le Piment in 2012 during our first visit to SXM and with every trip back to the island, we make sure that our dinner plans include this restaurant. The food is beyond awesome! The service is very attentive and so friendly. Menus are in the form of small electronic tablets and there is a 'daily specials' board as well with incredible meat, seafood and pasta choices. Le Piment really is THE best restaurant choice among the options in Orient Bay village. Christelle, you and your staff are the BEST..see you on our next visit!
