Hand made crêpes of the "savory" type ("salée") or "sweet" ("sucrée") all afternoon until 11PM at least. Staffed by a husband and wife team from France who love what they do. When told it looked hard, he said "In France, they say that if you love it, it's not work." It was clear from watching both of them, that although it was labor intensive, it was a labor of love!
