This place was almost totally devistated by hurricane Irma, yet the owners are still booking units, as some survived. Roofs missing, pool totally wrecked, bare wires hanging loose buildings devistated, windows out or boarded over. Don’t come here !

I've been here two years in a row and I'm going back next year. I love it. Very laid back and safe, with access to Orient beach.

Once was one of the top destination resorts in the Caribbean, Today Still a top Destination in Terms of Vacation Rentals, Plenty to enjoy Great Rooms, Pool, Best Beach in The Caribbean Orient Beach, Parking.without the room service of the resorts

It's location at the top of the hill overlooking orient bay offers a panoramic view of the area. It is a walking distance from all the amenities on the beach. It has it's own swimming pool which is popular with families with children and has a convenience store, a laundrette and a small restaurant. There is ample parking. It is also ten minutes away from Anse Marcel. Grand Case and Pinel Island.

In my opinion, this place is disgusting.
There were wild cats and dog poop everywhere.
The complex is located close to the worst part of Orient Bay Beach (infested with seaweeds).
We paid for 6 nights and left earlier _ without refund or any kind of compensation and we were very happy to leave the place as soon as possible.
Pictures look better than reality, but anyway it’s possible to have an idea of the place.
