This is your Caribbean ideal, in real life. Paradisiac beach, top accomodations and charming staff (specially the concierge team).
If you get here, you are a lucky individual.

Very chic and luxury hotel. Great service, food, and views. Overlooks clothing-optional Long Beach (the longest stretch of sand of all St. Martin's 37 beaches.

This was once a beloved dining experience for my family but has now been re-branded in the most unfortunate way. For our last visit, we could barely hear anyone in our party talk because there was an over-the-top musician playing horrid Eagles songs the entire time. Additionally, the service was a mere shadow of what it once was. It took over 40 minutes to get the Sommelier to answer some questions for us. During our meal we could barely get our waiter to stop a our table. The food was good but the night was soiled because we have experienced the restaurant experience to be infinitely better. Should you have reservations, please call ahead to ensure the lounge singer taking requests is not working that night.

A beautiful resort in every way although they do need to do something about the hotel restaurant. Overcooked food, oafish maitre d. Fresh island fish ruinedtasted like leather or microwaved repeatedly. Pastry chef excellent! We would have eaten every meal there, but first night's dinner was mediocre causing us to venture out and about the island.
Breakfast on terrace a charming and wonderful experience. Beach and French sports guides fantastic. Amazing French staffvery hospitable and super helpful. Rooms very comfortable, excellent housekeeping. Beautifully maintained grounds. Great fun.

Brought my fiancé her for birthday dinner. We were thinking of spending some of our honeymoon here so I thought it would be great opportunity to experience the place 1st hand. I will say it was beautiful and the bar tender in the lounge was excellent. We were seated for our 7pm reservation. We were the 1st people in the restaurant. We order a bottle of water and served it. Within about 10 minutes five to six other tables were seated. We waited at least another 20 minutes watching everyone else get drink orders taken bread was brought out. It was as if they had forgotten about us. Eventually I had to go check with the greeter to find out why no one was helping us. Perhaps because we weren't hotel guest is my only thought? Anyway they send out a waitress and the first question my fiancé asks about an appetizer the waitress tells us it's a new menu and she doesn't know about it. She then leaves and gets the maitre d. This restaurant is by no means inexpensive. They should pride themselves on service on details to this point complete let down. I was going to leave however decided since the maitre d was going to handle us we'd stay. Bad idea! Ordered lobster on bread type appetizer. Bead was terrible lobster over cooked. Ordered filet for dinner ordered medium Rare. It was over cooked. They did send out free glasses of champagne and removed the filet but we were trying to have special dinner and it was major let down. Needless to say not gonna stay there on honeymoon.
