We've come here for the last few years on holiday in April and loved it. Saint Martin became our home away, and we fell in love with the people. This is Dave and Marcelo. We're a gay couple with twin boys. If the staff reads this, they will know who we are. We are thinking of you and are praying for your safety after hurricane Irma. Pros: Very pretty location in hidden cove on island.

Cons: Wife and I spent almost $3k for a 5 days stay and was told by beach staff "we reserve the front row of beach chairs for DAY guests who make chair reservations in advance."

In other words, if you want a chair at the beach in the front row you are better to stay at another resort and only visit Ansi Marcel for a day on the beach. being treated as second class to single day customers while on an extravagant trip with the wife is a huge turn off. Would never visit again, will stay at the Weston for half the price and sit at the water edge.

Such a wonderful place!
The location is secluded, the staff were super friendly, the beach is always clean and their restaurant was outstanding.

Small, calm sandy beach surrounded by grand hotels and two restaurants on the beach. It has a small marina and a couple of shops next to the marina. Beautiful scenery but it is pricy.
