  Tivat is living its dream. New world class marina Porto Montenegro, airport, resorts, attracts tourists from all over the world. Nights are quiet, opposite to the other cities where folk music performers deep into night are disturbing guests by very loud music, street vendors cooking fast food on charcoal grills full of smoke, panhandlers and cheap China clothing and souvenirs that look like everything else but sea shells. We have been on vacation here, second year in a row (in past we were in other cities I just described) and so far it is our best place we visited. Near to Tivat is Boka Kotorska, the worlds largest natural bay with impressive old churches and buildings and we see every day dozens of cruise ships entering the bay for a day visit. Rian, Kotor, Perast are just few of small towns in the bay worth visiting. Not to mention restaurants with fresh seafood right out of water, displayed fresh on the plate before you decide what to order. Believe me, it is hardest choice we have, every time we go for dinner. Wine, locally destined brandy called Loza, from grapes, are guaranteed not to have big hangover if you decide to have more than few 😉

  The best beach resort in Tivat. Great café/restaurant with amazing outdoor seating. Girls working there are super friendly and helpful.

  Actually it's pretty nice in here.. the beach is clean, waitresses work well, run around a lot and do their job good.
  The restaurant is good as well even though their pizza has gotten way worse (comparing with the last year).
  
  So if you want to chill and enjoy the view (it's stunning!), It's a fair choice.
  Chairs are 8euros a day, additional cost for umbrellas though

  Beach, views, food, drink - all amazing and food/drink was reasonably priced, no huge price hikes for being a beach bar, hell you could pick up a 100g portion of mussels for €3, cocktails €5-7. Service was mediocre - initially had to re-order drinks multiple times, ask for menus multiple times, getting our drinks/food as well as the fruit+water as part of the €25 package (2 sunbeds, parasol, 2x water, fruit) also took a very long time. I don't think this is normal though, we must have hit it on a bad day, there was only one waitress at the start and it was busy. The service improved towards the evening and they did apologise.
  The beach was nice, kid friendly, though we did have some kids throwing beach pebbles at us (some intentional, some by accident), after telling them to stop, thankfully they did.
  Overall, would still come back for the views, beach and food.
