Great value for a comfortable hotel with sea views. Restaurant also enjoyable albeit for an eclectic menu. Would be 5 stars except for bathroom drainage smell!
My friend & I came to Tivat in the low season in mid October and were very impressed by the newly gutted and renovated Hotel Palladium. They re-opened it in August 2015 the owner was telling us. The beds are very comfy with crisp white sheets, the shower has never ending hot water and water pressure that can be adjusted to be some of the strongest I've ever experienced in hotels worldwide, which I absolutely loved. Great views on the Bay of Kotor right from the room. Loved that the windows and French doors in our room could be opened to let fresh air in.
The location is superb, right next to a strip of waterfront cafes. You can catch a taxi anywhere you wish (Kotor, Budva, etc.) right from the corner or the front desk can arrange it for you. The receptionists speak perfect English as well as fluent Russian, among other languages.
Would come back here & recommend!
