Founded by Expats for Expats! When we moved to Montenegro in 2008 we had a hard time finding a long-term let in this Holiday Rental Market. So we started this agency, "Tivat Rentals" which now offers the largest selection of long-term lets in the Tivat area: Studios, apartments and villas. We expanded to Herceg Novi in 2013 when the One&Only Resort project started, and to Budva and the capital Podgorica.
