This real estate agency is the best agency of Tivat in my opinion. I found them randomly before we moved to Montenegro from Turkey. We contacted them before we came. In few days after we came, we've got pretty good office for our project, few apartments in best conditions. Resido is not just the kinds of agency that the costumer pays and everything finishes for them. Even they are not responsible during the terms of your accomodation, they are way to solve any further problems.
Thanks to them we also had chance to experience any type ownerships in Tivat, Kotor.
As a customer, we are sure that you will be satisfied of what you rent/buy and will share lots of photos, videos because of having best accomodation options.
Additionally, any Real Estate in Tivat is really more expensive than Resido Montenenegro.response / report this review -

Resido Montenegro agents helped us find our apartment when we moved to Montenegro. They made sure that all our needs were met and found us the perfect apartment in Tivat within a few days. Not only that, but since we had just moved to the country they were also really helpful in answering all our questions that we had in trying to understand how things work here! They were very friendly and extremely generous with their time.We would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a place to rent (or buy)!.

Resido Montenegro team did a excellent job and helped us to find the property we were looking for in Montenegro.They have given all their energy to find the right property what we were looking for and understood our taste fastly and prepared a huge profile specially for us. They were outstanding professional and kept us informed of each and every detail during the search process even though we were living abroad. Thanks to their efforts we bought a stone house in beautify Kotor.The sellers were five peopel and four of them were living abroad to organise them to shake hands and to sign the contract was an amazing job.I would definetly recommend Resido Montenegro and Leila and her team ıf you would like to buy or rent a place in Montenegro.

Die Agentur hat sehr gute, effiziente Arbeit geleistet. Wir haben innerhalb von zwei Tagen die perfekte Wohnung für uns gefunden und wurden super betreut. Einen besonderen Dank an Adrijana. Dabei sind die Maklergebühren noch nicht einmal hoch. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Ayant un grand intérêt pour le Monténégro, je cherchais à investir dans un appartement à petit budget. J’ai eu la chance de rencontrer Leila et Adriana, qui m’ont tout de suite inspiré confiance. Elles se sont adapté à mes finances, et un week-end ont pu me présenter plusieurs objets dans différentes régions. Elles connaissent très bien la région et ont sens tout de suite qu’elles sont beaucoup d’expériences dans l’immobilier. Et le plus important c’est qu’elles m’ont accompagné dans les tâches administratives auprès des notaires; avocats et banques. Je ne peux que recommander leurs services. Encore merci beaucoup.

Etant francophone, on recherchait un terrain en première ligne au Monténégro, nous avons rencontré Leila qui a été très efficace et disponible pour trouver ce que l'on cherchait, un produit rare à Mirista à côté de Zanjice beach .
