just home from a fantastic family in hotel defin..the hotel was spotless from top to bottom.there was a huge choice of dinner and every night it was different food .the staff where very friendly they sure went out of there way to try there hardest .special thank you to staff members alesandra who made fresh omelette's and sinisa who made the cocktails and drinks.it also has 2 lifeguards keeping close eye on the water and swimmers..i highly recommend this family orientated hotel and would hope to return in the future

The internet is very bad. We cant even make calls home, use the media or even watch a movie. We went to the reception 3-4 times and asked for helped, but they said "There is nothing to do about it". It is not okay, that on their side tells us. they have good wifi and they guests loves it. It is a lie. I can´t even post this review without waiting for a thousand years.

Hôtel propre et proche du village de Bijela. Idéal pour profiter du soleil et partir en excursion dans les bouches de Kotor. Chambres spacieuses.
Seul bémol : pas de chauffage depuis notre arrivée.

We had 2 children and 2 adults staying at Delphin. We did some research well prior to coming to the hotel and were advised that there will be animators available for children.

When our children went to join the group: they were explained that the animators are for French kids only. You can imagine the disappointment kids had.

After trying 2 more times and being turned back we contacted hotel management and only 3 days later our kids were allowed to join animation. As a result kids only had 2 days of animation instead of 8 days we had there.
Our request for the compensation for the poor service was faced with the response that we should have reported the issue earlier. What an unbelievably poor service!

Just to add to it:
- Breakfast offered as part of a stay is a complete joke: nonexistent variety, worth 50% less than they charge
- The beach is extremely crowded
- The location is far from civilization
- Internet connection is spotty and unreliable
- Price paid was extremely high compared to any nearby villas, which are 2.5 times cheaper (villas start from 60 Euro per day, while we paid over 150 euro for Delphin with ZERO added benefit)
