Hotel Tulip was good, until the very last morning on my 3 night visit.
It is about the breakfast and how the staff handles it.
Hotel Tulip has a menu related breakfast and you have 3 choices. Meny for breakfast is something i dont like at all. On my first morning I skipped the breakfast. On the second morning I asked for no 1 on the meny and got no 2. Beeing a traveller you get used to be able tp order what you like and eat what you get. On the second day I also asked the lady that was serving me for 1 coffee and 1 apple juice. After eating I asked for another coffe and one more juice.
Third and last morning. Apperently a shift in the staff. Sitting down, at first I had to go up and ask about any services, read menu. After a while I got it and was very clear on what I wanted to eat. The menu had photos so it should not be too difficult to understand. I also told that I wanted to have 1 coffee and 1 apple juice. Here is where the problem started. It was not possible to order 2 things to drink. The menu had an english page saying that you must choose from milk, juice OR coffee. The man I talked with had no skills in the english language. When I still wanted coffee and juice he left and came back with a collegue with same lack of possibility to speak english.
End of story was that I got my juice and coffee, then the correct breakfast and one coffee after eating.
Checing out some minutes later I saw that the "extra" drinking from the second morning was put on my bill.
I just payed and got out asap. What they did miss was that I have had 5 beers in the bar during my stay and just 3 was on the final bill. I tried to tell this to the girl in the reseption but she did not understand me.
What was good was that the reseption girl helped me with a taxi when I leftresponse / report this review -

Кухня никакая , подобие тайской , массаж хороший благодаря тайкам которые работают за всех , персонал не обучен вежливости и понимание такта отсутсвует.
