Horrible place.
Bathroom is dirty and the shower cabin has a glass wall broken.
No soap and shampoo provided.
This place is advertised with restaurant but no restaurant in place.
Most income of this place is generated by 'massage' service. But it is not a real massage it is curtain for sex and prostitute.
Just be aware.

Avoid it, it is a scam!! Dont deal with them: bad service, staff doesnt speak english, soap and shampoo for money only, it is 4 star? Defitinely not, its terrible! Run!

They do not have idea about hotel business ,and they have to close this f**** location at all . I have never seen in my life such bad atittude to the clients and they can creat from a simple situation to a realy big problem. Be careful and I suggest you to chose another hotel . This is not even a Motel not tolking about 4 Star hotel ))))) are you kidding me?

Creepy hotel, don't go, they will try to steal from you like me and my friends, we tried to call the police they said they are friends with them and the location is more creepy.. don't go there after an experience and don't pay for any reservation they will steal more money. Thank you

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RAT HOLE!! Even if they will offer it for free - STAY AWAY!! Besides being plain nasty and running prostitutes all night long, these people developed a scam system of alluring people in promising mountains and then when you come tired from the trip needing rest, they will tell you that you have to pay triple of what you agreed to get into the room. We wasted 2 days of our trip fighting with them and then looking for another place. While we stayed there, I've heard multiple people arguing at the front desk about same exact situation we found ourselves in, that's why I say it's a SCAM SYSTEM.
Yes, we had contract on hand with agreed price and their stamp on it - that means nothing to them! We were naive enough to pay them ahead for 3 weeks. When we were leaving after 2 days because they wanted 3 TIMES MORE for the same room we agreed, they signed another paper promising to refund the difference and you might've guess already, after dragging time for 2 weeks, they said straight blank that they don't have those money and won't be able to refund us.. I'm originally from Moldova and I'm embarrassed that this kind of crap is allowed to happen in this beautiful city!

I had a very bad experience with this hotel
They let me wait for 3 hours until they found time to talk to me then at 12 am they said that i have to pay more or they will give me a room in another hotel so in the middle of night they sent me with a small child to another hotel
In the morning that second hotel where they sent me said that we must leave because the Imperial hotel paid to them only for one night.
So we took a taxi (we paid for it) and came back to Imperial hotel where they said that they haven't a room for the price i already paid to them and that they will send us to another hotel the same story here we took the taxi again and i paid for it.
The 3rd hotel was far from the center and we had to walk something like 30 to arrive to the bus station, plus we had problem also here coz they gave us very small and not clean room
Just stay away from this hotel
their prices are fake. WHEN YOU WILL ARRIVE HERE THEY WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY OR THEY WILL SEND YOU TO ANOTHER HOTELS & GIVE YOU DIFFERENT ROOMS AND YOU WILL SPEND YOUR MONEY IN TAXIS. ..and by the way this taxi will take more money from you because they are working with this Hotel.
Everything was a nightmare.!!!!!!!
