  We have booked an appointment at 15:00. When we arrived staff members were absolutely careless. We paid and went to see the doctor. But guess what - he wasn't there. Nobody bothered to let us know he wasn't there and that he was running late.
  After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the reception. I've been told "he is late," "he is coming" and "he is not answering" his phone.
  Overall we stayed there waiting for more than one hour. No apologies, nothing. But they took the money, the same price as your were expected to pay for good service. And this is a private medical center, where you expect to get better services than at state owned hospital. Well - no difference, apart from high prices you pay for their "services."

  Клиника оставила плохое впечатление в целом. Девочка на ресепшн второго этажа очень грубая, все время проводит в своем смартфоне, и когда ты задаешь вопрос, она отвечает односложно, не пытаясь помочь, в стиле "а я вам что могу сделать". Единственный плюс, это врач УЗИ, профессиональный и чуткий.

  Personalul este foarte rece " robotic" cu pacienții , medicii interesați mai mult la cîștig decît la lecuirea efectiva a pacienților. E un " business" nu o instituție de lecuire. Personal am platit 300 de lei pentru o consultație de 20 de minute care s-a redus la simple indreptari la analize fara oarecare interesare aprofunzita referitor la problemele de sanatate plus 250 de lei pentru a doua consultazione cu rezultatele facute, fara o diagnoza precisa. Concluzie: 550 de lei pentru indreptari la analize. sa va fie rușine; medicii au uitat ca sunt medici pentru a trata pacienții si nu oameni de afaceri pentru a face bani pe spatele bolnavilor. La voi se adreseaza persoane cu probleme de sanatate nu vine lumea la piața sa cumpere cartofi.
  
  Vizita mea a fost la reumatolog .
  
  Daca aveți bani de aruncat mergeți la Excellence!!!

  Bad experience with excellence clinic, expensive and doctors don't have experience, don't spend your time and money, they charge you for nothing, I'm upset
