  I called 022550123 to inform me about the opening of the bulletin, my doctor being on leave. The lady who spoke to me spoke aggressively and loudly. I am really sorry that in hospitals and polyclinics such a negative attitude towards patients. I called to inform myself because I did not know where to address me, this is their thing, which is the cause of this disaster in such rooms that must instead urge us. Sorry.

  I would not put this star either, the doctors behave unbearably, the citizens count on them but they are intolerant. Personally, I have lost confidence in the doctors of the Botany sector

  Женщина на рецепции отвечая на вопрос сразу бросает трубку, чтобы ни дай бог ты не задал еще один. Акушерка намеками вымогала денег за бесплатные анализы, денег не дала, одного результата не досчиталась.

  Вызывала врача на дом женщине 91 год. Говорила по-русски. Принимающая вызовы задает вопросы неправильно при этом хочет правильных ответов и если не понимает то сразу начинает орать, а уж если звонивший поднимает голос, то грозится перейти на молдавский язык и бросить трубку. А я иностранка, которая ухаживает за тяжелой больной и очень трудно разобраться в здешней помощи престарелым больным.

  Грустно, то что записываясь к специалисту приходиться ждать очередь от недели до трех, к примеру я ребенка к ЛОРу записывала и наша очередь была аж через три недели((( В детский день полно взрослых людей которые с пеной у рта доказывают что они по записи!!! И никогда в свое назначенное время не заходишь!!

  De cite ori m-am adresat cu vreo problema, am fost consultata atat eu cat si fetita mea cu mare grija, doar ca problemele ce tin de biurocratie inca sunt la ele acasa in aceasta policlinica Ar fi de dorit sa fie serviciile mai accesibile fara a bate la muuuulte usi..
